What payment methods do you accept ?

We accept Paypal payments (you will then pay through your Paypal account) and credit card payments (VISA & Master Card) on the Paypal website. This latter doesn't require you to open a Paypal account. It is very secure and straightforward. French customers (french banks only!) can also pay by check but orders will be processed only once the check has been received.

How secure is my online order ?

Well, it is as secure as Paypal can be ! Considering the international reputation Paypal has when it comes to secure online payments, we think you are in total safe grounds

SHIPPING & RETURNS

What shipping options are available ?

We ship anywhere in the world through the French Post Office ordinary services which are usually very reliable. CDs are sent in bubble-enveloppes and vinyls are sent in hard cartoon package to ensure maximum protection. It usually takes about 48 hours for customers living in France, and between 1 and 4 weeks for international orders, depending on where you live. We are not responsible for unexpected long delays caused by shipping carriers. Nevertheless, if you still haven't received your product after more than 1 month, please let us know, we will send you a new one.

For any reason, can I return my order ?

Yes, the French authorities allows the buyer to return a product within 7 days starting from the delivery date. So during this period, you can send us back the un-opened product (opened products will not be accepted!), we will refund it with no questions asked, although shipping fees are not refundable. Now, if a product arrives broken or is defective, please contact us first explaining the problem, and send us back the product and we will send you a new one free of charge. Note that downloadable products are not refundable unless you find an error in your file, just contact us we will be glad to help.

DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCTS

How quickly should I expect a response for a downloadable product ?

Instantly ! The moment your payment is received through Paypal, a download key is automatically sent to your email address. Make sure to always check your "spam" folder in your mailbox, the download key might be in there ! If for some reason you do not get a download key or for any other download issues, please contact us.

My download keeps breaking or the file appears to be corrupted, what should I do ?

This is a known bug on our server and it happens mostly with large files (e.g. album packs). After several unsuccessful download attempts or if you cannot open your zip file, please contact us, we will send you a direct link which from you will be able to download your file properly.
